Membership Application


IMPORTANT INFORMATIONA LETTER of Good Standing must be sent and provided with this Application from your Primary Board, only if you are becoming a Secondary Member or transferring from another Board to become Primary, or MLS Participant.

Step 1.  A completed application MUST be submitted to TAR and filled out in full : Click on the respective Membership you are applying for here--TAR Primary/Secondary Member, MLS Participant/Subscriber, MLS Read-Only Branch Office or Affiliate.-- For additional information regarding membership (rates, transfer forms, etc), please click webpage to collect that Info:

Step 2. Go to the 'Select an Option' (find below), and select the correct Membership type.

Step 3. Fill out the 'Contact Information' for joining member.  PLEASE do not pre-pay invoices, TAR will Email you an Invoice at the appropriate time, once we confirm the proper type was filled out.  THANK YOU!

Please note: We only approve Appraisers or Affiliates at our monthly Board Meetings - The next 2 are: January 9th, and Feb 6th, 2024.  REALTORS and REALTOR Offices-- once all application items are completed with payment, then will be provisionally approved. All other applications will need to be completed in full and submitted to the TAR no later than 3 business days prior to the meeting.
