     Living life and working at real estate in Telluride for the past 24 years, my previous life in the tropics brought me valuable hospitality and real estate experiences in Belize for 18 years.  Specializing in contractual and valuation issues to protect and gain advantage for my clients during transactions, I have been able to maneuver clients' contracts to benefit them best, while also helping to keep buyer and seller congenial during a transaction. During one of my recent home transactions, we got the buyer and the seller to actually spent a harmonious night together in the house after closing.  That was a warm and cordial event that I strive for with all deals.

     Helping clients get to know our best lifestyle activities here in Telluride is another goal I strive to achieve for buyers who are new to our area. Good market knowledge with knowledgeable transaction tactics while having fun at it all are supreme objectives.
